Menu Diet

I started a Menu Diet, it's a two week challenge of a already made up diet. Stuff like turkey breats, spagetti squash, sirloin steak, salmon, salad, spinach.. It's not to bad at all.. We started September 23. I had to commit to six questions here are the questions.
1) Agree to drink 8 glasses of water. ( alot harder then anyone thinks)
2)Agree to follow the menu as best I can
3) If need to substitute item on menu use another item on the menu to substitute
4)Absolutely no eating after 8 pm
5)If at all can't follow menu eat less by one quarter
6) Commit to give up something. Which i gave up junk food ( spits, chips, fries, gravy )

then We get weighted and measured here it is:

so we are sunday my meal menu for the day is as followed:
spinach omelette basically spinach and egg ;)
lunch: pasta salad. ( i had a roast beef sandwich instead)
supper: steak and salad.

I find it really hard because we always want what we aren't allowed to have. Cory is also doing this with me which is tons of help. I'm stronger knowing he'll support me. We have are cheating moments like bowl of popcorn at three instead of 9pm . We are way better at portion sizing now we measure all our food intake. Cory already lost 5 pds since monday!!! CHEATER ;) but i'll keep everyone update wish me luck cause i'll need it..

It's also hard cause now i'm sick and All i want is food that makes me feel better
