Wow is work ever so demanding lately. I am a youth care worker at Sunshine Haven. Its an emergency foster care home for 11-15yrs old girls... They are so emotional lately that it makes my job more rewarding but very hard to cope with. Especially when all 7 of them need my attention.
Weight loss wise.. Well I went jogging four days in a row... took three off. I should go today but i can't seem to motivate myself.. How about this... I'll go to the gym and get back into a routine.. because jogging is wrecking my knees and legs.. They cramp up at night so bad I wake up from the pain. Thank god my lovely husband massages them for me. To help my legs I use a hot water bottle it really just relaxes the muscle.
It was pretty cool, the other day a friend of mine said she reads my blog. I was amazed i didn't think anyone read it HAHAHAHA I lost another pounds.. Tomorrow i'll weight myself at the gym on the real scale. hahah my plan is still to loose 20 pounds by xmas.. I really do need to cut down my eating and eat better.. ANYONE HAVE ANY GOOD RECIPES they would like to share. If you give me a recipes I promise to try it ;)
Other then that house is still in renos. Cory is sick :( poor hunny..... but he has his little wifey to take care of him .. on that note he's home ... ttyl
I have sweet recipes! And I'm so surprised your legs get cramps ... there are so many runners out there and I never hear about their legs cramping ... maybe I should ask them what they do. :-(
