Weight Update

Hey ya'all,

I will only update on weight once a week because i'm busy and lazy :) Its a lot easier to do this way. I went for a jog the other day and my knees were killing me. I had to literally stop and slowly limp back to the house. They still hurt when I sit down for a long period of time. I hope it's nothing serious. It was a rough run, my throat hurt, my knees hurt and I was super tired. But I played tons of golf.

I golfed 9 with Rachel at Silver Hills. Had one shitty shitty game. I blame it on my back being out of wack and the pain it was causing me. So after that I went for a quick Chiropractor appt and headed out to Birch Hills where I met up with Adele for another round of Golf... I GOT 58 which is my personal best improvement. I was super pumped. It was also when I almost tipped the golf cart ( I should not be allowed around any sort of ATV).. Adele turned around after she was down putting and saw me running along side the cart. I had fallen out but landed on my feet and just kept running to make sure the cart stopped. Adele scream : Your suppose to be IN the cart Gayle. God it was tooooo funny AHAHAHAHAHAHAH

This coming week these are my plans:
We are renovating the house. We are painting the living room, kitchen, hallway and two bedrooms. We are putting down laminate in those rooms and changing the counter top. Changing the doors too. Lots of work ahead of us. Cory also wants a garage real quick.

Monday: get up at 12. Clean the house ( means shove everything down stairs) + GOLF
Tuesday: Sand the Living room, Kitchen and Hallway and paint them + GOLF
Wednesday: two staff meetings, sand the bedrooms, put another coat on the kitchen and living room walls plus paint the bedrooms + GOLF ( maybe with rachel, 18 holes)
Thursday: Do what I didn't do Wednesday, help cory put in the laminate(meaning watch and let the men take over) And bed as soon as I can cause I work the next day + GOLF( just in case I missed any other day)

PS: I lost 3 pounds since last week :) now it's all about pushing myself to the limit and not given up. To allow myself to fall off the wagon but to pick myself the next day and double the work out. (we all want what we can't have)
