Day Zero

Hey Everyone, today i realize I needed to jump back on the weight loss journey I started couple months ago. I saw pictures of me in my bikini and realize I shouldn't give up but try try try till I success. So hence, the blog I will need support and any suggestion anyones has. I will not to this alone I count on everyone's support. I will post the picture that hit me and then i will update every 3 months... The language *swearing* I will try to keep down to a minimum lol. I will try to be consistent like every two to three days, saying what exercises I've done, my feelings, the notices in my body, etc. SO my goal is
Goal : I weight 165 pounds and want to lost another twenty by may 2010, which puts me at 145 pounds. WISH ME LUCK, I start today
