Day two

Today I worked at 6am, so i was up at 4 am.... So i'm super tired.. I'm so proud of myself.. I went for a 20 min jog then a 15 min hard core bike ride :) YAY for me.. I ate a toast in the am. then I had perogies x2 and x3 fish stick and for snack one freezy and for supper 4 nuggets and a handful of fries and an apple. Any types on good music to jog to?? OK so I weighted my self new goal

GOAL:
NOW = 165 pounds
LATER = 145 pounds ( I have alot of work )

  1. Personally, I like listening to upbeat techno music or any music with a nice strong bass.
